Ranin Ghannam is a real estate entrepreneur and the founder of Be My Guesty, a premium short-term rental management company based in Charlotte, NC. With a background in business and healthcare administration, Ranin began her career in telemedicine billing — but in 2020, she pivoted to pursue a passion that had long lived in the background: transforming properties into high-performing, guest-ready homes.

What started as a side project managing a few of her own investment properties quickly scaled into a thriving full-service business. Today, Be My Guesty manages a growing portfolio of short-term rentals across the Charlotte region — from luxury estates on Lake Norman to cozy cottages near Kings Mountain.
